Printec-DS appoints Nina Zimmermann as COO to strengthen top management
Long-standing Head of Procurement & Materials Management to drive operational excellence, processes, structures and continuous improvement
Steißlingen, Germany, January 14, 2026 – Effective January 2026, Printec-DS HMI Solutions GmbH expands its top management team: Nina Zimmermann has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will work alongside Thomas Holeczek (CEO) at the company’s executive level.
Nina Zimmermann has been with Printec-DS for ten years. In that time, she played a key role in the company’s growth by leading Procurement & Materials Management and ensuring that essential processes and day-to-day workflows run reliably and smoothly.
In her new role as COO, Nina Zimmermann will focus on further strengthening organizational excellence across the company — with a clear emphasis on process optimization, scalable structures, and continuous improvement (CIP). In the future, she will be responsible for the end-to-end management and ongoing development of the core operational processes that underpin the day-to-day business.
“Nina combines deep operational expertise with a genuine understanding of our culture and people,” says Thomas Holeczek, CEO of Printec-DS HMI Solutions GmbH. “Over the past decade, she has helped build the stability and reliability we need to grow. With Nina as COO, we will further professionalize our structures and processes while staying close to our teams and customers.”
“I’m grateful for the trust placed in me and excited to take on this new responsibility,” says Nina Zimmermann. “I have experienced Printec-DS’s development first-hand over the last ten years — we have built strong foundations together. As COO, my priority is to ensure our processes and interfaces scale with our international development: clear, efficient, and resilient — so our teams can perform at their best.”
Printec-DS HMI Solutions GmbH serves customers internationally with industrial input systems and HMI solutions. As part of its international growth strategy, the company has also officially launched its U.S. subsidiary, PDS HMI Solutions Corp., to expand support for customers in North America and improve responsiveness and delivery performance.
