Our backlit industrial keyboards are manufactured with exceptional precision. While backlit keyboards from other manufacturers often illuminate the areas between the keys, we use individual dimmable LEDs behind each key to ensure excellent visibility in dark industrial environments.

Thanks to silicone coating, our dimmable backlit keyboards can be protected against dust and water up to protection class IP68. The backlighting is available in various RGB color combinations.

Material selection plays a key role in functionality, durability and design. Our plastic keyboards are manufactured from polycarbonate (PC), optionally complemented by ABS or PBT.

Prototypes and customized industrial keyboards can be realized from quantity one. We also supply customer-specific HMI solutions – from sample quantities of around 100 units per year to large projects with up to 15,000 units annually.

Our production facility in southern Germany has a manufactory character and stands for precision, flexibility and the highest quality. For larger volumes, we work with our certified production partner in Taiwan, who ensures cost-effective series production with consistently high quality.

Product-related certifications are available for some of our silicone keyboards: the models DS85S, DS105S TP, and DS105STP are marine-certified according to IEC 60945.

As a developer and manufacturer of complete solutions in the field of input systems and HMI solutions, we meet the highest quality and safety standards. Our production partner for automotive and membrane solutions, Printec HT in Taiwan, is certified according to EN ISO 13485 (quality management system for medical devices) as well as IATF 16949 for automotive applications and meets the requirements for waterproofing, chemical resistance, and hygienic cleaning, tested under strict laboratory conditions.

• Company-owned solar power plant
  With our in-house solar power plant, we generate approximately one third of our total electricity demand ourselves. This allows us to avoid between 75 and 90 tons of CO₂ annually and make a measurable contribution to climate protection.
• Waste management and recycling
  Across the company, waste is separated into recyclable fractions and mixed waste. Each year, we increase the proportion of recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard, and green waste.
• In addition, we reuse old cardboard to produce filling material for our packaging, further reducing waste volumes.
• Sustainability in products and processes
  Sustainability is already taken into account during product development, with a focus on environmentally friendly and, where possible, recyclable materials.
• Our manufacturing and assembly processes are regularly reviewed and optimized. We also evaluate our suppliers’ value chains and, through personal exchange, promote sustainable and economically viable processes.
