Since September 2025, PRINTEC-DS has been officially certified according to DIN EN ISO 50001:2018, the international standard for systematic energy management.
This certification underscores what has long been part of our daily business: by conserving resources, we are making a measurable contribution to climate protection. The fact that we are also reducing costs in the process demonstrates that acting in an environmentally responsible manner is also economically profitable.
Specifically, our measures include:
• Fiber laser technology instead of lamp lasers: lower energy consumption with higher precision
• Efficient CNC milling technologies with optimized auxiliary units
• Conversion to screw compressors for a more energy-efficient compressed air supply
• Waste heat recovery in all temperature-intensive processes
• Intelligent building management for controlling heating, air conditioning, lighting, and ventilation
For us, voluntary certification is not only proof of conformity, but also motivation to continuously tap into further savings potential and improve our processes in a sustainable manner.
