As a developer and manufacturer of complete input system solutions, we deliver complete operating fronts – ready for installation, including overlay, silicone mat, housing, display/LED indication and PCB. Our backlit industrial keyboards are manufactured with exceptional precision: while backlit keyboards from other manufacturers also illuminate the areas between the keys, we use individual dimmable LEDs behind each key to ensure particularly clear visibility in dark industrial environments.

Thanks to silicone coating, our dimmable backlit keyboards can also be protected against dust and water up to protection class IP68. We offer the backlighting in various RGB color combinations.

The choice of materials plays a key role in functionality, durability and design. Our plastic keyboards are manufactured from polycarbonate (PC), optionally supplemented by ABS or PBT depending on the application:

• ABS: ideal when customized colors and design flexibility are required
• PBT: recommended for industrial applications and environments with potential chemical or contamination exposure

Our industrial plastic keyboards offer a lightweight yet robust solution for machine control panels. They are characterized by low weight, stable construction, high design flexibility and very good cost efficiency.

Optional dimmable illuminated keycaps are available – ideal for applications with changing lighting conditions.

Thanks to their lightweight design, the keyboards are particularly suitable for mobile devices, machine fronts, control panels and applications where ergonomic integration and cost-effectiveness are crucial.

Industrial stainless steel keyboards offer exceptional durability and protection against vandalism for public or industrial use, while silicone keyboards are fully sealed and ideal for use in maritime applications or laboratories. In particular, our silicone keyboards certified according to IEC 60945 enable continuous operation in environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, salty air and constant contact with water. They are ideal for shipping, offshore platforms, and for use in the control of milling machines and other industrial applications.

Yes. We support you from the initial idea through to a product ready for series production. Based on your requirements, we develop 3D designs, create various construction variants and integrate them directly into your product model.

Our R&D team rapidly produces functional prototypes – via 3D printing, vacuum casting, milling technology or other rapid prototyping methods. Through close cooperation between design, project management and sales, precise and functional samples are created from sketches in a short time.

We also take care of tool design, coordination of all manufacturing partners and complete prototype management, ensuring you always have a dedicated contact person.

Yes, we manufacture individual units, small series and large series – depending on our customers’ needs.

Starting from a quantity of one, we produce prototypes and customized industrial keyboards from our standard portfolio. We also supply customer-specific HMI solutions (e.g. membrane keyboards, displays, touch solutions) flexibly – from sample quantities of approx. 100 units per year up to large projects with up to 15,000 units annually.

Our manufacturing site in southern Germany, with around 25 employees, has a workshop character and stands for precision, flexibility and the highest quality.

For larger quantities, we work with our certified production partner in Taiwan, which has a high degree of automation and ensures cost-efficient series production with consistently high quality.

Product-related certifications are available for some of our silicone keyboards: the DS85S, DS105S TP and DS105STP models are marine-certified to IEC 60945.

As a developer and manufacturer of complete input system and HMI solutions, we meet the highest quality and safety standards. Our production partner for automotive and membrane solutions, Printec HT in Taiwan, is certified to EN ISO 13485 (quality management system for medical devices) and to IATF 16949 for automotive, and meets requirements for water tightness, chemical resistance and hygienic cleaning, verified under strict laboratory conditions.

Energy efficiency is an integral part of our corporate philosophy. Since September 2025, we have voluntarily been certified in accordance with ISO 50001:2018.

We are committed to actively contributing to the protection of our environment. To this end, we monitor self-defined sustainability indicators on an annual basis.

These enable us to continuously make our processes more efficient, resource-conserving and sustainable. Our measures are structured as follows:

• Our own solar power plant
  With our company-owned solar power plant, we can generate around one third of our total electricity demand ourselves. This allows us to avoid between 75 and 90 tons of CO₂ per year, making a measurable contribution to climate protection.
• Waste management and recycling
  Across the company, we separate waste into source-separated and mixed waste. Year after year, we increase the share of source-separated, recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard and green waste.
• In addition, we reuse old cardboard boxes to produce our own filling material for packaging. In this way, we further reduce waste volumes.
• Sustainability in products and processes
  We also focus on sustainability in the development of our products. As early as the design phase, we emphasize the use of environmentally compatible and – where possible – recyclable materials.
• Our manufacturing and assembly processes are regularly reviewed and optimized. We also evaluate the value chains of our suppliers and, through personal dialogue, ensure that sustainable and economically viable processes are practiced there as well.
